Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs including collision damage, dents, and scratches.

• Utilize MIG welding and fabrication techniques for structural repairs.

• Conduct mechanical assessments and vehicle maintenance as needed.

• Execute detailing tasks to ensure vehicles are clean and presentable.

• Use airless paint spraying methods for vehicle painting and refinishing.

• Handle sheet metal work, soldering, and assembly of vehicle components.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.

• Assist in auto estimating to determine the cost of repairs accurately.

• Lift heavy components safely during the repair process.

 

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.

• Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

• Familiarity with auto glass replacement and installation techniques is a plus.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
